Select McDonald's branches trial extend breakfast service
The fast food outlets will serve breakfast for 30 minutes longer.
McDonald’s outlets in Portsmouth and the Isle of Wight are trialling an extended breakfast period which will see the chain serving breakfast up until 11 am.
Instead of waiting until 10:15am, customers will then have to wait until the clock strikes 11am to order its non-breakfast items. The trial aims to determine whether or not the initiative should be rolled out across the UK and Ireland.
The trial started on 12 June and will run for six weeks.
