Slim Chickens opens new store in St. Davids

This marks as the chain’s first store in Wales.

Slim Chickens has opened their second UK outlet in St. Davids, 10 months after the launch of their flagship restaurant in London.

The 2,400 sq ft site has 76 covers indoors and 16 outside. It also includes digital kiosks along with a self-serve drinks station.

“With incredible footfall and exposure to our target customer catchment, St David’s really stood out to launch our first site outside of London and as a launch pad for our regional expansion plans,” CEO of Slim Chickens parent company BRG Tom Crowley

Crowley also said in a prior announcement that Cardiff was chosen for its student population and growing food scene.

On October last year, they told QSR Media that they will bring the US dining chain to other locations throughout the UK and Ireland.
