Sushimania launches new grab-and-go concept store
This will be their tenth site in the UK.
Sushimania has opened a new grab-and-go concept in Charing Cross Road.
The site will be featuring offerings that are packaged to eat on the move. Customers can also make their own lunch boxes with a base of rice, noodles or salad.
“The high footfall location is perfect for our new concept. We will be offering something different than other high street sushi options as customers will be able to create their own lunches from dishes our on-site chef will be making, fresh to order,” Paul Cheung, managing director of sushi mania, said.
The site was secured by the lease restructuring firm Cedar Dean Commercial. Sushimania currently has locations in Edgware, Finchley, Golders Green, Whetstone, Brighton, Reading, Cambridge, Oxford and Nottingham.
