Tossed lands first airport site at Gatwick
The outlet will offer an all-day menu, including breakfast and airport-only items.
Tossed is set to open its first airport location at London Gatwick’s North Terminal this autumn.
The outlet will serve an all-day menu, including breakfast options such as scrambled free-range eggs and sourdough toast, as well as airport-exclusive items, like breakfast burritos and a children’s menu.
Customers will be able to order via large digital kiosks or at their tables.
The space will include design features such as reclaimed wooden crates on the ceiling and an olive tree, part of an updated terminal interior.
The company says it will maintain its usual made-to-order approach and service style at the new location.
