Wimpy reopens Portslade store
The 50-seater restaurant features Wimpy’s SHIFT design.
Wimpy Portslade has reopened with a new look as former franchisee Raj Somasundaram returns.
Somasundaram spent 10 years at the restaurant before leaving in 2008 and, during that time, has stayed with the Wimpy family, opening Wimpy Littlehampton in 2002.
Now branching out with his second Wimpy restaurant, Somasundaram has made investments in refurbishing and upgrading the Station Road premises, as well as creating four new jobs.
The restaurant will be open daily.
The 50-seater restaurant features Wimpy’s SHIFT design, which blends the brand’s strong heritage with bright new colours, new seating, and Wimpy artwork on the walls.
