Wingers launch in Aldridge

The new opening is part its recently announced expansion plans.
 
Wingers – the Chicken Wing Company – has opened in Aldridge, Birmingham.

The franchise was opened by Jack Davis and his father Kem. Jack worked on the installation of five high street Wingers restaurants and a dark kitchen, and was also a frequent customer.

“As a customer I loved the succulent, fresh fried buttermilk chicken and it sparked an idea!  I spoke to one of the founders, Bill Sunner, about investment opportunities and some weeks later he phoned to say he’d found the perfect site on Aldridge high street, suddenly the idea of becoming a Wingers franchisee took off,” Jack said.

Wingers boasts its recipe for succulent chicken coated in a range of secret spices.
