Harry Ramsden’s owner names Andy Hulbert as VP of international and commercial

The newly-created role sees Hulbert focusing on growing franchising and licensing opportunities domestically and internationally.

Deep Blue Restaurants, the owner of Harry Ramsden’s, announced the appointment of Andy Hulbert as vice president of international and commercial.

The newly-created role sees Hulbert focusing on growing franchising and licensing opportunities domestically and internationally.

Hulbert most recently served as director at the RUNO Group, credited for securing clients including PAUL Dupris, The Massage Company and CUPP Bubble Tea.

“We are placing great emphasis on the growth of our Harry Ramsden’s franchising and licensing business, and we aim to build on the success of nationwide deals with the Rank Group (Mecca Bingo) and Iceland Foods,” Deep Blue chief executive and founder James Low said.

“Our pipeline of international opportunities is also growing consistently and securing Andy, who has a wealth of experience with an astute commercial mind, is a real coup for our business and the growth of the iconic Harry Ramsden’s brand both in the UK and internationally.”
