Subway introduces new regional development agents
The three new development agents are set to take over the Cambridgeshire. Hertfordshire, and Bedfordshire regions.
Father and son team, Bob and Liam Dalgarno have years of experience working for the Subway brand, becoming franchisees when they opened their first store in 2004. In December 2011, they became Regional Development Agents for Norfolk, Suffolk and Essex, when the region had just 44 Subway stores. The entrepreneurial pair has since driven development in the territory, which now has 107 stores, owning nine Subway stores themselves.
Liam Dalgarno, Regional Development Agent for the Subway brand, commented: “We're delighted to become the new Regional Development Agents for Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire. It was always a goal of my father, Bob, and I to have our own Development Agent territory, and when the opportunity arose in 2011, we jumped at it, and we haven't looked back since.”
Adrian Johnson also joins the duo on the Development Agent contract for the Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire region. Adrian has worked with the Subway® brand for many years, starting as a Store Manager before working with Bob and Liam as a Field Consultant in the Norfolk, Suffolk and Essex region. Most recently, Adrian has taken on the position of Operations Director, and is now teaming up with Bob and Liam to drive development in their new region.
There are currently 73 Subway® stores open in Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire, and the trio have ambitious plans for development in both their new and existing territories.
