Woods will stay on through the rest of the year to help with the handover.

Tortilla announced that Emma Woods, the company’s Non-Executive Chair, will step down at the end of 2025.

The Board has begun looking for a new Independent Chair to guide the business through its next stage, which includes overseas expansion.

Woods will stay on through the rest of the year to help with the handover.

"On behalf of the Company and the Board, I would like to sincerely thank Emma for her leadership and commitment over her four-year tenure as Chair,” said Andy Naylor, CEO of Tortilla. “During this period, she has provided valuable guidance and governance oversight through a time of significant growth for the business.”
