Burger and Lobster set to open in Singapore
This will be the London-based restaurant chain’s fifth Asian market following UAE, Thailand, Malaysia and Kuwait.
London-based chain Burger and Lobster has announced that they will launch their Singapore debut store in Jewel Changi Airport over the next few months.
Their new site will serve their prime burgers, Atlantic lobsters and lobster rolls alongside drinks that are said to cater to travellers. New dishes will be introduced on a seasonal basis.
“We have secured an iconic Singapore location in Jewel and are excited to be evolving the Burger & Lobster brand in such a ground-breaking global innovation at the heart of Southeast Asia,” Misha Zelman, owner of Burger & Lobster, said. “With Jewel dubbed to be the gateway to the rest of the world, the partnership marries perfectly with Burger & Lobster’s obsession with offering products in the most fascinating locations across the world.”
The site will also have interior designs of rich reds, bold marble and handmade tiles as well as their signature fresh lobster tanks, which can be seen from every seat in the restaurant.
