Defra calls for evidence to develop national food strategy
Submissions are allowed until 25 October.
The government has launched a call for evidence to inform a major review of the food industry, to inform the creation of a National Food Strategy.
The review, which will be overseen by LEON co-founder Henry Dimbleby, welcomes input from “individual citizens, practitioners, businesses, NGOs, trade associations and any other organisations with an interest in what we eat and how it reaches our plates.”
The call for evidence will be open until 25 October. Responses can be submitted here.
