Ahead of £600m flotation plan, Burger King UK owner adds third investment bank to advisers

The initial public offering is reportedly slated to take place in the first half of the year.

Bridgepoint Group, the private equity firm behind Burger King UK, has added a third investment bank to its advisers ahead of its planned £600 million flotation.

The Times reported that the company has hired Peel Hunt alongside Bank of America and Investec to advise it on an initial public offering in the first half of the year. Citing a source, it is also marketing the IPO to investors.
