Find Out Why Domino's Still Has the X Factor

Sponsoring X Factor app for a second year.

ITV, Freemantle Entertainment and Syco Entertainment have announced that Domino's Pizza UK is returning as the sponsor of the X Factor app.

The Domino's brand will continue to run across the app, as well as within second screen formats and interactive features.

A number of interactive campaigns will be run throughout the series where users will be offered special deals on Domino's pizzas. One of the most popular of these last year was the Fiery Fingers of Fire where users could win a money-off coupon if they tapped on a pizza on their screen 500 times in one minute. Engagement figures for this game were high at 63%, and this year's version will also enable users to save their vouchers to their Domino's wallet.

Speaking of the announcement, Simon Wallis, Sales and Marketing Director of Domino's said "Mobile is developing as our most important sales channel and as second screen behaviours becomes normalized, we've seen how it is the glue that turns the traditional 'lean back' of TV to an immersive and interactive experience; a Big Night In".
