Brioche Pasquier unveils new 'Black & White Petit Fours Collection'
The brand launched its new ‘Black & White Petit Fours Collection’, made using some of the world’s finest chocolates, accompanied by complementary flavours.
The new 'Black & White’ range comprises of nine Petit Fours – Crème Brulée Crunch, Chocolate Orange Sponge, Brownie Square, Mini Chocolate Éclair, Chocolate Sponge, White Chocolate Crunch, Hazelnut Rectangle and Dark Chocolate and White Chocolate Tartelettes.
Petit Fours – or miniature cakes – originated during the 19th Century in French pastry shops. Each of the classic French Petit Fours in the collection are mini versions of popular, yet traditional French desserts; and can be served as part of a dessert menu, as an accompaniment to coffee or individually as a treat.
To ensure that the Petit Fours are kept as fresh as possible, the products are frozen as soon as they have been made. They defrost within five hours of serving (between 0-4°C), and can be easily prepared and assembled by any member of the kitchen team – no matter what their ability of skill set.
The Black & White Petit Fours collection from Brioche Pasquier – free from preservatives and artificial flavours – is available in trays of 48 pieces, with four trays per case.
