Up In My Grill unveils new Yorkshire beef burgers
It will launch a two month takeover of the Slider Bar at Streetfeast’s Hawker House.
Starting 20th October, Up In My Grill will showcase burgers made with the same Yorkshire beef as their street food steaks. Running every Friday and Saturday until Christmas, the extended residency follows the success of the trader’s four week popup at the same kiosk in the Canada Water dining hub earlier this summer.
Guests of the Up In My Grill’s Slider Bar takeover can avail of the team’s special burger of the week, such as the spicy smoked bacon burger with jalapeño relish, American cheese, aioli and pickled chillies, and the British roast-inspired beef gravy burger with Ogleshield cheese and mustard mayo. Topping combinations will rotate fortnightly, and diners can choose extra “add-on” options like artisan hot sauces and charcoal short rib.
