Abokado launches new summer menu

The new range includes poké bowls and brand new salads.

Healthy eating chain Abokado has announced the launch of its new summer menu, which includes nine salads and a new range of cold-pressed juices.

Using fresh and nutrient-dense ingredients, the new menu aims to reach vegans, vegetarians, pescatarians, flexitarians and those who would like gluten-free options.

The range includes three poké bowls and six brand new Vitality salads, housed in 100% biodegradable pulp paper packaging. Diners can also customise their salads using their new dressings.

Six cold-pressed, sugar-free juices and a dairy-free almond and banana smoothie are also part of the new offering.

“It’s an exciting time for Abokado as we continue to innovate with our menu. We’ve always been dedicated to sourcing the best ingredients and offering variety and balance to our customers – this new range certainly helps deliver our mission,” Abokado founder and CEO Mark Lilley said.
