ASK Italian overhauls menu with seasonal sharing dishes

The spring menu is available in all ASK Italian restaurants now.

ASK Italian has launched its spring and summer menu, featuring a selection of seasonal, sharing dishes designed to be passed around the table.

The menu update includes the Mediterranean Sea Bass, Mozzarella Grain Salad, alongside a brand-new Artichoke Grain Salad, and a dessert called Chocostachio Bombe.

Alongside the mains, the spring drinks menu includes the all-new Hot Honey Margarita and Cherry Limoncello Meringue Cocktail, alongside ASK Italian’s seasonal Italian wines, beers and spirits.

For the summer menu, ASK Italian will introduce the Truffle Honey Prosciutto Pizza A Mano, Sticky Beef Short Rib dish, and Smoky Chilli Chicken Salad for the mains.

Diners can also try the brand-new Aperol Sangria, a sunset-hued blend of Italy’s favourite aperitivo with fruity sangria.

The spring menu is available in all ASK Italian restaurants now, with the Summer Seasonal Specials arriving from 2 June.
