Bella Italia unveils new carbonara inspired sundae

The brand will give away 5,000 scoops of it for free.

Bella Italia has launched a new limited-edition dessert inspired by its carbonara dish.

The Carbonara Sundae features deliciously creamy vanilla gelato drizzled with white chocolate sauce, topped with bacon-flavoured crispies and Oreo biscuit crumbs.

Customers can choose from the daring Carbonara Sundae (RRP £7.29) or two scoops (RRP £4.79) of their favourite gelato flavour. 

In a celebration following National Ice Cream Day, Bella Italia is giving away 5,000 free Carbonara Sundaes or scoops of gelato between 22 and 28 July 2024.

Bella Italia is renowned for its authentic gelato range, which originated in Italy and was perfected by Luigi DiSotto in the early 1900s.
