Bow Street’s Wildwood rolls out new menu nationwide
A similar menu refresh is now underway ahead of summer.
Bow Street Group introduced a new menu across all Wildwood restaurants on 13 May 2026, following a trial in a select number of restaurants earlier this year.
The operator of the Wildwood and dim t brands is offering a new special menu and a wider choice of non-alcoholic beverages, according to its press release.
A similar menu refresh is now underway for its three dim t restaurants with a new menu launch planned ahead of the summer.
On the financial side, the group said that revenue for the quarter to date has continued to increase on a like-for-like basis.
The investment in improving the Wildwood estate has continued with four restaurants refurbished during the first quarter of this year.
In addition, the refurbishment of the Salisbury Wildwood restaurant has recently been completed, with three further Wildwood restaurants to be refurbished soon.
