Byron Hamburgers unveils new summer menu

Its plant-based burgers are made in partnership with Beyond Meat.

Byron Hamburgers has launched a new summer menu that features vegan burgers and frosted items.

One of the new menu items is The Truffler, which was made in partnership with Beyond Meat. It has a vegan patty topped with truffle cheese sauce, portobello mushroom, truffle mayonnaise, onions and lettuce. Its other plant-based offering is the Cali Cheese which also has a Beyond Meat patty with vegan cheddar, roasted garlic aioli, smoked tomato ketchup, red onion, pickle and lettuce.

Its new Chopped Salad contains beetroot, cherry tomatoes, avocado, cucumber, bacon, radish, peas, parmesan and gem lettuce.

As for its frozen offerings, the chain will also serve the ice lollies from Ice Kitchen products which come in Milk Chocolate, Strawberries & Cream , Orange & Lemon and vegan Pineapple & Coconut flavours.

Cocktails include a Peach & Basil Cooler, a Bright & Stormy and a Salted Lime Margarita, as well as a range of beers from Brooklyn Brewery and Camden Town Brewery.
