Crussh introduces new ‘Festive Fixer'

The food and juice chain will donate 50p for every purchase of the festive smoothie.

Crussh has partnered with the food charity The Felix Project in eliminating food waste as part of its Christmas campaign.

The food and juice chain offers the new “Festive Fixer” (from £4.25), a blend of frozen yogurt, coconut water, blueberries, pineapple, banana and ginger. With every purchase sold, Crussh will donate 50p to the food charity.

Crussh employees from its head office and stores will volunteer to pick up food from Crush outlets and deliver them to those in need.

“The issue of food waste continues to be a problem within our industry and we want to lead by example, helping raise awareness about how surplus food can be used to provide healthy meals and help the most vulnerable in our society,” Crussh Brand Director Helen Harrison said.
