Crussh launches new autumn menu

The chain also introduced new sustainability measures to reduce plastics.

Crussh has introduced an Autumn range, 70% of which are vegetarian.

Apart from the new products, the food and juice chain also announced a number of changes to reduce plastics, including the introduction of Canned LifeWater, the roll out of compostable cutlery, and as well as moving all Sourdough Toasties to a biodegradable paper bag.

New breakfast options include Oat milk porridge and a Breakfast Protein Power Pot, with Butternut Squash & Greek-style cheese Hot Super Grain Salad and a Beets & greens healthpot being added to the lunchtime menu.

“We have seen a large number of our customers moving towards a flexitarian lifestyle and our vegetarian options are now more popular than ever. Similarly, healthy protein options continue to be popular, especially at breakfast,” Crussh head of food James Kidman explained.

Crussh currently has 35 stores across London.
