Filthy Buns to celebrate National Burger Day with Big Mac tribute

The ‘McFilthy’ burger is launching on 27 August.

Dalston-based Filthy Buns will launch a brand new burger to celebrate National Burger Day.

Positioned as a limited-edition tribute to the mighty Big Mac, the brand’s ‘The McFilthy’ offering takes the iconic burger’s sauce and “given it a filthy rich revamp to create a new secret sauce that honours the original.”

Diners are invited to choose from a juicy plant-based patty or, for meat eaters, a 45-day, dry-aged beef patty from The Ginger Pig.

The McFilthy will be available from Filthy Buns at The Three Compasses from 27 August for one month.
