Honest Burgers partners with Beyond Meat to roll out vegan-friendly Plant Burger
The launch comes after its trial in their King’s Cross store where they got positive comments from their customers.
Honest Burgers has announced that they partnered with the plant-based meat company Beyond Meat in launching the Plant Burger in all of their outlets across the UK.
The new offering contains the Beyond Meat’s plant-based pattie, vegan smoked gouda, onion, pickles, mustard, lettuce as well as the vegan chipotle mayo by the sustainable food brand Rubies in the Rubble.
They trialled the offering in their King’s Cross restaurant, which is said to have received positive comments.
Beyond Meat is a US-based producer of plant-based meat substitutes founded in 2009, which has since partnered with various chains around the world.
