LEON launches salad-centred summer menu
One of their offerings includes a vegan option.
LEON has officially announced its newest summer menu, aiming to reimagine the usual salad.
Their salad-centred offerings include the Chicken, Basil & Pine Nut Salad, Prawn Cocktail Salad, and the New Original Salad.
They also updated their Sweet Potato Falafel Hot Box to make it vegan, adding some vegan garlic aioli. Other options include the Chicken, Lemon & Olive Tagine, Ham & Truffle, Smoked Salmon & Avocado Poached Egg Pots and Megan’s Yoghurt Sundae.
Currently, LEON has 54 restaurants in the UK and Europe, a food truck and plans to open many more both in the UK and abroad this year.
