LEON revamps menu
The fast food chain launched its new #LoveSomethingNew campaign, with new offerings for the autumn season.
The new menu includes the addition of more vegetable dishes, as well as meatball boxes, burgers, and super pots.
“We have to match the nutritional needs of the individual and the environmental needs of the planet,” John Vincent, Co-Founder and CEO of LEON, said.
“Making vegetables taste good is a great way of creating that harmony.”
The new additions are as follows:
Roasted Cauliflower Salad – Cauliflower, Courgette and Red Onion roasted with cumin and turmeric. Served with punchy Chimichurri, made with parsley, lemon, coriander, chipotle chilli & garlic.
Paprika Pork Meatballs Hot Box – meatballs served with our tomato, basil & caper Sauce Vierge.
Lamb Kofte Meatballs Hot Box – Leon Lamb Kofte meatballs, served with pickle relish, aioli and chilli sauce.
Chargrilled Chicken Hot Box – served with a choice of aioli, chilli sauce, tarragon mayo or chimichurri.
Chargrilled Chicken Superfood Salad – served with a choice of aioli, chilli sauce, tarragon mayo or chimichurri.
Chilled Roasted Aubergine– served with punchy Chimichurri, made with parsley, lemon, coriander, chipotle chilli & garlic.
Super Pots – Smoked Salmon & Avocado with Sauce Vierge, Moroccan Meatballs made with 100% beef, and Chargrilled Chicken topped with fresh herbs and toasted seeds. All made in collaboration with Joe Wicks, @TheBodyCoach.
Better Burgers – Moroccan Meatball Burger with grated parmesan & rocket, Grilled Halloumi Burger with tomato, cucumber, pickle relish, rocket & aioli, and Fish Finger Burger made with cod fillet from sustainable shoals, served with tartare sauce, pickle relish, tomato & rocket.
Freshly Baked Chocolate Chip Cookie – flourless chocolate chip cookie, freshly baked throughout the day.
