Patisserie Valerie announced the launch of its summer menu, introducing new flavours with an emphasis on fresh seasonal ingredients.
The chain says all Patisseries will now be serving up a range of inventive dishes for breakfast and lunch.
The new menu is being launched alongside a new range of redesigned classic patisserie and gateaux, consisting of the Strawberry Gateau, Double Chocolate Gateau, Black Forest Gateau, Mille-Feuille and Baked Cheese Cake
“Each piece has been reworked and reimagined by our patisserie chefs, staying loyal to traditional methods and using only the highest quality ingredients,” the company said in a blog post.
The summer menu still features the chain’s afternoon tea experience complete with a selection of handmade miniature patisserie, sandwiches, quiche and scones with jam and clotted cream.
