Pret A Manger teases vegan versions of best-selling recipes

No word yet on what items will be ‘veganized’.

Pret A Manger will launch a new line of vegan sandwiches that will be available exclusively at its Veggie Pret outpost, the company announced.

The Vegan Classics will feature vegan versions of four of the chain’s items, but no information has been given on the specific sandwiches, wraps or baguettes that will be ‘veganized’.

“Veggie Pret is a space where we’ve had a great opportunity to experiment with vegan and veggie food...we challenged ourselves to recreate the delicious flavors and textures of our meaty bestsellers, using only vegan ingredients,” Pret global head of food innovation Hannah Dolan said.
