PizzaExpress launches new fast casual concept
ZA is said to be inspired by the early years of PizzaExpress.
PizzaExpress’ newest fast casual concept ZA has opened its doors on Fenchurch Place, London this week.
The new concept aims to offer an innovative menu with a touch of familiarity: PizzaExpress pizza sold by the slice.
The menu features items like the Za-gherita, American Hot, Padana, Pollo ad Astra or the Vegan Giardiniera.
Other new items will include two daily changing soups and Pizza Wraps made with PizzaExpress’ signature dough and filled with popular toppings including the American Hot, Padana and Pollo ad Astra.
ZA will also offer breakfast, featuring Luna Breads; freshly baked pizza dough filled with various ingredients from egg to spinach and ham as well as great coffee.
