Premium bubble tea concept Paeonia to open Windsor store

A new concept is looking to grow the bubble tea phenomenon in the UK.
Opening in Windsor in early August, Paeonia said it is bringing premium bubble tea inspired by Taiwanese flavours, differentiating itself by using a Teapresso Machine imported from the Asian market.
The process features a multi-section infusion stage, allowing the tea to brew to optimum temperature, before the tapioca balls – or popping balls and other toppings – are added. Every bubble tea at Paeonia is also made to order.
Paeonia’s menu features a vast selection of bubble tea; ranging from Classic Milk Tea to Speciality Milk Tea, along with Fruit Tea, Ice Tea and Fluffy Cheese Tea. Customers can also customise their drink, opting for the amount of sweetness, ice and extra toppings. The concept is also looking to do limited-edition flavours alongside rotating seasonal specials and the option to make tea with a variety of plant-based milks including oat, coconut and soya.

Paeonia is the latest venture from Anh Pham, who has spent the past decade working in the UK’s hospitality industry.
