LEON brings back original 2004 Superfood Salad to menus

The return follows co-founder John Vincent rejoining in October 2025.

LEON is bringing back its original Superfood Salad starting 20 May, as part of a broader brand reset focused on its founding menu and food philosophy.

The relaunch follows the return of John Vincent to the company in October 2025, which has been described internally as a reset aimed at reconnecting with the brand’s original identity.

Founded in 2004 by Vincent, Allegra McEvedy, and Henry Dimbleby, LEON introduced the Superfood Salad in its founding year with the aim of creating food that was both nourishing and enjoyable.

Alongside the original salad, LEON will also introduce a new Chicken and Avocado Superfood Salad. Both dishes are designed around complete proteins, fibre-rich grains, citrus, fresh herbs, and slow-grown vegetables, with an emphasis on sustained energy and satiety.

The relaunch also features a supply chain partnership with The Menu Partners, aimed at improving ingredient traceability and strengthening links with producers.
