Costa Coffee trials 24-hour drive-thru

The trial will potentially kick off further 24-hour drive-thru sites.

Costa Coffee has launched a 24-hour trading drive-thru in its Leicester Meridien East location, with the brand eyeing the possibility of more locations in the future.

Whilst its restaurant trading hours will remain in operation from 5 AM to 10 PM, the drive-thru lane at the Leicester Meridien East Drive-Thru store will be open for 24 hours. Bank holiday trading hours, however, will differ.

To support the new operating hours, Costa Coffee will grow its team, adding four new members to the Leicester Meridien East location.

Costa Coffee aims to monitor feedback on the new 24-hour drive-thru lane for further decisions in its roll-out.
