Honest Burgers opens store with entirely plant-based menu

The “V Honest” concept offers four recipes using a plant burger and two using faux-chicken.

Honest Burgers has opened a new store that only offers a completely plant-based menu.

Located in Leicester Square’s Garrick Street, the “V Honest” concept offers four recipes using a plant burger and two using faux-chicken, with sides including pull shiitake mushroom fritters, onion rings and seasonal coleslaw.

“We’ve always wanted to push the boundaries of what can be done in the plant-based space. With V Honest we’ve collaborated with the best plant-based producers in the country. There’s some classic Honest favourites alongside some brand new burgers & sides,” the chain said in an update.

Earlier this month, the chain launched its Teriyaki burger as its monthly special, available as a meat or plant-based burger. Both burgers are topped with Fable Food Co's natural plant-based pulled shiitake mushrooms, grilled with homemade teriyaki sauce.
