Wagamama reopens test kitchen in Soho

It also plans to host a series of collaborations within the next few months.

Wagamama has reopened the Noodle Lab in London.

The chain converted its Great Marlborough Street restaurant into an experimental site to test potential menu items. The restaurant will open seven days a week.

The site has already tested unique menu items like Korean corn dogs coated in crispy noodle crumb, sweet potato fries covered in Korean sauce, vegan mayo and more. The Noodle Lab will also host a series of collaborations in the next months.

The original Noodle Lab first opened in Soho’s Dean Street before moving to Old Street in 2021.
