MOD Pizza, Dishoom lodged on top 20 of Sunday Times' 2020 Best Companies list
They are the only two restaurant brands on the list.
MOD Pizza and Dishoom were the only two restaurant brands to have a place on the top 20 of Sunday Times’ Best Companies list.
The two brands are one spot away from each other with the pizza chain lodged on top 18, whilst the Indian-inspired concept was ranked 20th of The Best 100 Mid Companies 2020.
The rankings were based on the companies’ Best Companies Index (BCI) Score, which measures employee engagement. MOD Pizza has a score of 761.4, whilst Dishoom got 758.7.
Both companies are also given 3-star accreditation each, the awards body’s highest standard of workplace engagement. It is accorded to organizations garnering high BCI scores ranging from 738 or higher.
