Chopstix vies for further brand loyalty with new app
To celebrate the launch, new users of the app will also be able to grab five free Vegetable Spring Rolls.
Chopstix announced the launch of their new app, aiming to “continue a trend of significant growth in brand loyalty and customer satisfaction” over the past year.
Made with app development company PepperHQ, it is available for download on the Google Play store and Apple App store and rewards users 10% cashback in Chopstix Points for every purchase to use on future visits, whilst keeping consumers up-to-date on new menu items, store openings and the latest offers.
To celebrate the launch, new users of the app will also be able to grab five free Vegetable Spring Rolls.
The Chopstix group, which also comprises 11 Yangtze restaurant sites, operates 70 Chopstix Noodle Bars across the UK and Ireland, with 26 franchise sites run through partnerships.

The group previously announced the appointment of the company’s first franchise director and a new partnership with UK holiday operator Haven. In 2022, it plans to open at least 12 new stores, through a mix of directly owned and operated stores and with franchise partners.
