When SAI Global looked at the most promising sectors for growth, the opportunity to ramp up its QSR assurance business globally presented a clear direction in which to focus. Restaurant brands are increasingly in need of food safety auditing services – an area where SAI Global already has many years of success helping global fast food chains mitigate risk across their business.

Expanding into QSR
The expansion into QSR is a natural step forward for SAI Global who have worked for many years in Retail, Agriculture and Food assurance services globally. SAI Global began the groundwork to expand into the QSR sector by meeting the growing demand to audit their food supply chains and retail businesses. It was only a matter of time before QSR began asking if they could also provide auditing for the restaurants themselves.
