Paulig PRO unveils global BBQ sauce range for foodservice kitchens

It features eight sauces intended for use as glazes, dips, or toppings.

Paulig PRO, the foodservice arm behind the Santa Maria brand, has introduced a new global barbecue sauce range called The World of BBQ.

The line draws on US regional barbecue styles and international grilling traditions, covering flavour profiles from Kansas City, Memphis, and South Carolina to New Mexico, South Africa, and Korea.

The range includes eight sauces developed for professional kitchens.

All are vegan except the Alabama White Style BBQ Sauce, which is vegetarian.

Variants include Kansas City Original, Memphis Hickory, New Mexico Chipotle, Kentucky Bourbon, South Carolina Golden, Alabama White, South African Braai, and Korean Gochujang styles.

Paulig PRO says the sauces are designed for use across quick-service restaurants, casual dining, pubs, on-the-go outlets, and contract catering.

The sauces can be used as glazes, dips, or toppings, with the aim of adding global barbecue flavours without additional preparation.
