Carluccio's ramps up ‘Fresca' revitalisation programme
The group plans to refresh at least five more sites.
Carluccio’s announced it will ramp up its ‘Project Fresca’ programme and plans to transform five restaurants.
Following the successful Fresca pilot at Richmond earlier this year, Carluccio’s at Heathrow
Terminal 5 and at Bluewater shopping centre will undergo transformation, to be completed by mid June.
Carluccio’s said it will be investing in 20 new roles over these two sites to help support the Fresca transformation.
“The success of our Richmond pilot and the start of our Fresca rollout is an important milestone for the Carluccio’s business. With a new focus on recruiting, training and developing teams and a clear plan to re-assert and build on our credentials as the UK’s leading Italian restaurant group, we are in a great place to drive the business forward,” Carluccio’s CEO Mark Jones said.
