Eatphoria gives Wraps & Wings a new look ahead of expansion
The new format will debut at Wraps & Wings’ next opening in Q3.
Euphoria is introducing a new store format for its Wraps & Wings brand as it prepares to open 20 new locations across the UK over the next two years.
“This is a landmark next step for the business and will help us realise Wraps & Wings’ significant growth potential in the UK, whilst providing an important foundation for future international expansion,” said Mohammad Shaikh, CEO of Eatphoria.
The updated design follows a full review of the brand’s visual identity and customer experience.
New features include double-sided self-service kiosks and touchscreen terminals, which are intended to improve ordering efficiency during busy periods.
The refreshed identity introduces a new colour palette across restaurants, signage, digital displays, and customer-facing areas.
Exteriors will feature teal-effect fascias, stainless-steel-style framing, and illuminated lettering, whilst interiors will combine ceramic tiles, metal finishes, LED lighting, digital screens, and exposed services to create a modern quick-service restaurant environment.
The new layout focuses on improving movement through the restaurant, with clearer separation between ordering, waiting, collection, dining, and takeaway areas.
Order collection points and digital screens are positioned to make the customer journey easier to follow, whilst counters will primarily support food pick-up rather than traditional ordering and payment.
The new format will debut at Eatphoria’s next Wraps & Wings opening, planned for the third quarter, before being introduced across future sites.
Eatphoria plans to expand the brand through a combination of company-operated and franchise locations, with all new restaurants adopting the updated design as the business looks to grow its UK footprint.
