Spudulike now operating with ten outlets months after administration

Prospective buyers had withdrawn from purchasing the struggling chain.

Baked potato chain Spudulike has reopened two more stores at its Plymouth and South Normanton locations, a spokesperson confirmed to QSR Media.

This brings the baked potato chain’s store count to 10 since abruptly closing all restaurants in 2019.

The company went into administration in June last year after prospective buyers had withdrawn from purchasing the struggling chain.

Two months later, it reopened eight stores, including in Leeds, York and Manchester, after global potato firm Albert Bartlett acquired the chain.
