Big Table Group acquires Banana Tree
The restaurant is famous for including dishes from Thailand and Singapore.
Big Table Group announced that it secured fast-casual Pan-Asian chain, Banana Tree.
“Founded over 30 years ago by William Chow, Banana Tree is famous for its authentic, exotic and delicious street-food inspired dishes, with flavours from Thailand, Singapore, Vietnam, Malaysia and Indonesia,” read the statement from Las Iguanas operator.
