Papa John’s starts serving customers in Barnstaple
The pizza opening also created 20 jobs in the town.
A new Papa John’s restaurant opened its doors to customers on Boutport Street in Barnstaple, North Devon.
Barnstaple Mayor, Councillor Louisa York led the official opening of the restaurant, which also has 20 new jobs.
“Our new store openings have been well received and we are delighted that our top-quality pizza made with only the freshest, finest ingredients is now available to more families and friends to enjoy whether they live locally or are visiting the area on holiday,” said Renato Raho, Papa John’s franchisee, in an announcement from the restaurant chain.
“For the Barnstaple opening, we were able to offer special launch deals on collection pizzas which went down well with customers! It was wonderful to welcome York to be part of our official opening, and we now look forward to increasing our delivery radius as we get fully up to speed,” he added.
Papa John’s, which recently opened a branch in Long Eaton, has over 500 stores in the UK.
