Shake Shack, Fly By Jing serve Sichuan-inspired Chilli Crisp menu in UK
It will be available in all UK shacks from 20 July to 30 September.
Shake Shack collaborated with Fly By Jing to launch a new Sichuan-inspired Chilli Crisp menu, which will be available from 20 July to 30 September across all UK branches.
Jing Gao founded Fly By Jing in 2018, inspired by flavours of her hometown in Chengdu, China and its famous fly restaurant.
“This new menu was inspired by the bold flavours and natural ingredients of Fly By Jing’s Chilli Crisp. With its signature, tingly Sichuan heat and savoury spices, Fly By Jing’s Chili Crisp is a truly delicious pairing to our crispy chicken.” said Jim Frisch, Shake Shack’s international culinary director.

Chilli Crisp Chicken
Crispy chicken breast glazed with spicy Sichuan chilli crisp topped with pickled cucumber, shredded lettuce and spring onion mayo
Chilli Crisp Chicken Bites
Crispy, 100% chicken bites tossed with spicy Sichuan chilli crisp and served with spring onion mayo sauce
Chilli Crisp Cheese Fries
Crinkle-cut fries topped with spicy Sichuan chilli crisp, and Shack cheese sauce.
