Chopstix expands smaller ‘express’ format concept
The new restaurant will open in Uddingston.
Chopstix has expanded its ‘express format’, consisting of a scaled-down menu and build, in Uddingston.
The smaller concept restaurant is a new strategy by the brand to enter high-footfall areas.
The launch follows the successful opening of this new, smaller Chopsxit restaurant in Fountainbridge, Edinburgh, last summer.
The opening marks the seventh restaurant opening from the brand this year, following the brand’s acquisition by QSRP in October.
