German Doner Kebab opens at Beaconsfield Services
New site targets high-traffic travel hub as brand accelerates UK expansion strategy.
German Doner Kebab (GDK) has opened a new restaurant at Beaconsfield Services on the M40, marking its latest step in expanding its UK footprint into high-traffic travel locations.
The outlet is located on the London–Oxford–Birmingham route. It is designed to serve commuters, leisure travellers, business drivers and families passing through one of the UK’s busiest motorway service areas. The site will offer GDK’s core menu, including made-to-order kebabs, boxes, sides and its signature toasted sesame waffle bread.
The brand, which positions itself in the fast-casual segment, is known for using high-quality meats, locally sourced salads and signature sauces. All menu items are 100% halal and prepared fresh to order.
The Beaconsfield opening is GDK’s first at the location and forms part of its continued expansion strategy across the UK, particularly in transport-led and high-footfall sites.
Simon Wallis, chief executive officer of GDK, said the site reflects the brand’s growth momentum and focus on accessible, quality-driven dining.
“Beaconsfield is a fantastic location with a strong sense of community, with Beaconsfield Services right at the heart of it,” Wallis said. “We’re excited to open our doors here and introduce even more people across the region to our fresh take on a much-loved favourite.”
