Rudy’s Pizza heads to South Coast with new Brighton pizzeria

This is the group’s 31st pizzeria in the country.

Rudy’s Pizza Napoletana is setting its sights on the South Coast, with the opening of a new pizzeria in Brighton, bringing the brand’s total number of pizzerias in the country to 31.

Occupying the former Chilli Pickle site on Jubilee Square in Brighton’s North Laine, the new restaurant will feature Rudy’s signature minimalist and industrial-style decor in a 3,500-square-foot unit with approximately 160 dining covers.

Rudy’s Brighton is set to launch a hiring drive for around 30 roles, with an emphasis on recruiting experienced managers and skilled pizzaiolos. The company plans to host recruitment events for both full-time and part-time positions as the opening date approaches.

Rudy’s Brighton will open in Spring 2025.
