Brioche Pasquier appoints new sales manager
Brioche Pasquier announced the appointment of Paul Thompson to its UK Foodservice team as Sales Manager.
Thompson has over 30 years’ experience in the foodservice arena, and joins Brioche Pasquier following eight years in roles previously within the bakery industry at Delice de France and Maison du Pain.
Speaking of this appointment as Sales Manager at Brioche Pasquier, Thompson said: “Brioche Pasquier is a well-established name in bakery, and I’m excited to join the Company at a time when it’s looking to strengthen its presence within UK foodservice. There has been considerable investment in the Company’s international growth and development – including the recent building of a new production site in Milton Keynes – and I’m very much looking forward to developing the profile of the brand amongst UK foodservice operators and wholesalers.”
Thompson also held roles with 3G Food Service and Simple Simon and has experience with working with foodservice and hospitality customers.
