
Domino's Pizza approached Rooney Anand for chairman role: reports
He was previously CEO of Greene King for 14 years.
The chair of Café Rouge owner Casual Dining Group has been approached by Domino’s for the same role.
The Sunday Times has reported that Rooney Anand, has been tapped by the pizza chain, which continues to seek a replacement for Stephen Hemsley amid a long-standing dispute with its franchisees.
In a separate story by The Telegraph, Anand turned down the offer from the board “amid concerns about the recruitment process.”
Prior to CDG, Anand was CEO of pub retailer and brewer Greene King for 14 years.
