Itsu taps former Pret exec as new CEO

Itsu has 80 restaurants.

Itsu has tapped Clive Schlee as its new CEO.

Schlee was formerly the CEO of Pret a Manger for 16 years before stepping down in September 2019.

Schlee replaces Jason Cotta who has taken another position in a different company.

Last July, Itsu made plans to double its estate and strengthen its hold in London
